PublicRecords360 Opt Out: How to Remove Your Info
Don’t leave your privacy at risk: Our tool automatically finds any personal information that has been exposed online (addresses, contact info, relatives, age, etc.) and removes it for you. Get started with a free privacy scan to see which sites have your info.
Publicrecords360.com was one of the popular data brokers that made personal information about people readily available online. Recently, the site was acquired by another data broker site, USSearch.com. This means the entire PublicRecords360 database has been migrated over to that site.
Even if your information can no longer be found at publicrecords360.com, it still means your information is out there on the web and needs to be removed to protect your privacy.
How to Opt Out of Publicrecords360
The PublicRecords360 opt out process actually requires you to hop over to USSearch.com to go through their process. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Go to https://www.ussearch.com/?feeder=publicrecords360. A dialogue box explains PublicRecords360’s acquisition.
Step 2: Scroll all the way to the footer of the page and click the link that says “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”.
Step 3: Input your first name, last name, state, and email to conduct a search of their listings.
Step 4: Go through the listings until you identify the information that pertains to you. Keep in mind, there may be multiple listings.
Step 5: A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided in the opt out form. It can take a few weeks for the info to be removed from the site.
Even if your info has been removed from from here, it is likely on a number of other sites as well. If you don’t use an automated tool like BrandYourself to find and remove the information for you, it’s important you do a complete audit of your online presence and go through the opt out process for each site.
